In 2016, Que Up's groundbreaking concept earned the prestigious Anugerah Cemerlang Perkhidmatan Awam (Civil Service Excellence Awards) for the best idea of the year from the private sector. Designed to streamline the management of sports-related facilities and courts, QSport empowers users to seamlessly book and manage their activities. ​The Queup Integrated Booking Application system offers a sophisticated solution for seamlessly managing appointments, thereby optimizing operational efficiency and owner productivity. A survey conducted over one week in 2017 yielded exceptionally positive feedback, showcasing an unprecedented Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 80%. Furthermore, as of 2024, our system boasts over 200,000 downloads from both the Play Store and the App Store, with an impressive 120,000 active users. This significant user base underscores the widespread adoption and effectiveness of our solution in the market.We provide comprehensive application software and support services, while clients are responsible for providing the necessary hardware. Notably, our system operates without the need for proprietary hardware, enhancing cost-effectiveness and simplifying implementation for our clients.
