Can I Check In From Any Location?
You can only check-in within 100 meters of the premises of your chosen appointment place.
Can I Check In Earlier before my selected time?
You may check-in 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Can I Cancel The Booking Before The Appointment?
You may cancel your booking through the QueUp application. Once it's canceled, the slot becomes available for others to book.
Can I Book Slots In Advance?
Yes. You can book slots up to 3 months in advance.
