Can I Check In From Any Location?
You can only check-in within 100 meters of the premises of your selected departments.
Can I Check-In Earlier then my selected time?
Yes you can, BUT only for 15 minutes before the booked time.
Can I Cancel The Booking Before The Appointment?
Yes you can, the cancellation can be done within the application. Once you have cancel the booking, the slot will be available for others to book.
Can I Book Slots In Advance?
Yes you can, the slots are available for booking up to 3 months in advance.
